We ship Latte Print worldwide, free, on every order.

Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. You will get a confirmation email as soon as your order is in, and a second email with tracking as soon as it leaves.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 5 to 9 business days once dispatched. Remote regions can take a few days longer. Every order ships with tracking so you can see where it is at any point.

Customs and duties

Some countries charge import duties or taxes on incoming parcels. These are set by your own government, not by us, and they are not included in the price you pay here. Where your country requires it, duties are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Wrong address

If you notice a mistake in your delivery address, email support@latteprint.shop straight away. We can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has left we cannot redirect it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, email support@latteprint.shop and we will sort it out. If you added Shipping Protection at checkout we reship immediately, no questions.
