Refund Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind.

30 day returns

If Latte Print is not for you, email support@latteprint.shop within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Condition

The printer needs to come back in a condition we can reasonably describe as used rather than destroyed. Keep the box if you can, though a missing box will not void your refund.

How to start a return

Email support@latteprint.shop with your order number. We reply with return instructions within one business day.

Refund timing

Once your return is received we process the refund within 2 business days. It lands back on your original payment method, and how long it takes to appear depends on your bank, usually 3 to 10 business days.

Faulty items

If your printer arrives faulty, email us with a short video or photo and we replace it. You do not need to send the faulty one back first.

Cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually cancel before dispatch.
