When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number where you give one, and the details of what you ordered. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach us.

When you browse the store we collect standard analytics data: pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address.

What we use it for

To process and deliver your order, to email you about that order, to handle returns and support, and to understand which of our pages work and which do not.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor, our shipping partners and our fulfilment partner, only ever to the extent needed to get your order to you. We do not sell your data.

Marketing

We only email you marketing if you opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working between pages and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will stop working properly if you do.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@latteprint.shop and we will action it within 30 days.
